Samuel A. Brooks

Samuel A. Brooks is the co-founder and Executive Vice President of IERC Education Foundation whose mission is to "introduce our students to the world and how it works". IERCEF recognises that millions of our students are graduating from secondary and post-secondary schools unprepared for a global society. Our vision is for one day, international or cross-cultural education will be a standard component of the academic experience and not a luxury. IERCEF develops high-impact programs that assist students close the opportunity and international gaps in education attainment, cultural insight and career-path selection.

Prior to IERCEF, Samuel was the Regional Director for Non Public Educational Services Inc. (NESI) and was primarily responsible for developing the Supplemental Educational Services (SES) business in New York under the No Child Left Act. In addition to NESI, Samuel was the Director of Scholar Enrollment for the BELL Foundation whose mission is to increase the academic achievements, self-esteem and life opportunities of children living in low-income, urban communities.
